Following preliminary sketches, we design technical plans that will allow us to do a 3D modeling. Our technical plans are designed according to your needs, whether for your renovation, expansion or new construction project.
Our architectural design plans are comparable to those of architects. We also collaborate with architects, engineers or architectural technologists when required by regulations to carry out the project. These technical drawings propose different solutions for the layout of a room, taking into account all its components: furniture, colors, materials, plumbing, electricity, walls or even stairs.

These plans contain all the information necessary for the successful completion of your dream project. By their essential role in the success of your residential, corporate or commercial design, you will have the confidence that the rooms we will be responsible for designing will be functional and in perfect harmony with your lifestyle, your needs and your budget.
- Existing plan. This plan represents the structures that physically exist before the work begins. These structures will generally not be altered.
- Demolition plan. This type of plan lists the preliminary work, outlines the site and indicates which structures should be demolished.
- Layout plan and elevations. These types of drawings include several types of views (lateral, plan, cross-sectional or elevation) representing the main structures and furniture of a room or building.
- Detail drawing and cabinetwork details. A drawing representing dimensions, colors and materials for decorative purposes, including cabinetwork details. Detail drawings can also represent the position and dimensions of a particular element of the construction.
- Lighting scheme. This drawing takes into account the position of the lighting and luminaires.
- Ceiling plan. This plan gives a view from above the ceiling.
- Composite drawing. This drawing shows all electrical, ventilation, piping, computer, telephone, heating or air conditioning systems.
- Elevation drawing and end view. These types of drawings are used to represent the façades of a building in 2D.
- Sectional drawing. This is the representation of a selected section of a building by showing the materials and components that are part of it.
- Site plan. This smaller scale drawing takes into account the highlights of a building’s environment.
