Gabrielle Demers

Gabrielle takes part in the design of the team’s residential projects: site measurements, layout plans, finish selections and coordination with suppliers. She loves watching an idea take shape, from sketch to lived-in space.

Curious and a good listener, she brings a fresh eye to every mandate and makes sure the details, down to the last one, serve the comfort of the people who will live there.

Éric Larouche

As the team’s technologist, Éric bridges the gap between concept and construction site. He produces the technical plans and working drawings that allow the trades to build exactly what the designers imagined.

Precise and rigorous, he checks measurements, construction details and the compliance of each element before work begins, so that the site runs without surprises.

Yannick Guilbault

As a carpenter, Yannick gives each project its structure: framing, partitions, floors and openings. His work is what takes the plans off the paper and turns them into living spaces.

Careful and reliable, he works closely with the project managers to keep schedules on track and deliver solid work, ready for the finishing stages.

Pacheco Silva

Carpenter and finishing expert, Pacheco works on the structure as much as on the final details that make the difference: mouldings, woodwork and precision adjustments.

His eye for finishing and his commitment to work well done ensure that every surface, joint and assembly lives up to the O Design & Co. signature.

Robert Poisson

As a joiner, Robert builds the custom elements that give spaces their character: built-in storage, bookcases, panelling and millwork.

Patient and meticulous, he works wood with respect for the craft and adapts to each project so that the piece fits seamlessly into the design created by the team.

Pascal

Painter and plasterer, Pascal prepares and finishes the surfaces that dress each room. From taping joints to the last coat of paint, he delivers flawless walls and colours true to the designers’ choices.

Diligent and methodical, he knows that the quality of a finish comes down to the preparation, and he gives it all the attention it deserves.

Sylvain Charron

Painter and plasterer, Sylvain steps in at the stage where the project takes on its final look. He works the surfaces, corrects imperfections and applies finishes with consistency and precision.

Conscientious and keen to leave a clean site, he helps make sure that every project is delivered just as the clients imagined it.

Pascale Bégin

As marketing director, Pascale leads O Design & Co.’s brand strategy and communications. She heads the company’s marketing and creative initiatives, coordinates partnerships and events, and oversees its digital presence, from the website to online sales.

With a background that combines marketing, graphic design and communications, she brings twelve years of experience to the field. She blends creativity, strategic vision and a strong aesthetic sense to strengthen the company’s identity. She keeps its image consistent and develops initiatives that build its reputation, showcase its expertise and support its growth.

Anne-Marie Vaillancourt

As e-commerce operations lead, Anne-Marie keeps the O Design & Co. online boutique running: adding new products, updating the catalogue and optimizing the platform.

Thorough and detail-oriented, she ensures high-quality product pages and well-organized collections. Behind the scenes, she makes sure every new arrival finds its place and that the online boutique grows at the same pace as the company.

Fanny Evrard

Fanny looks after search engine optimization and the overall health of the O Design & Co. website. A web design and SEO consultant, she has more than ten years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce.
